Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation is readying the first stretch of the Kanpur Metro Orange Line for the inauguration. on a war footing. The first stretch will run from IIT Kanpur Metro station to Motijheel Metro station. The total length of the Orange Line is 23.785 KMs and will have 22 stations once completed. It will run from IIT Kanpur to Naubasta. Today on 28th December PM Narendra Modi inaugurates Kanpur Metro Rail and also ride as a first passenger.
